Warranty Policy

Rogue Terrain Co. 1-Year Limited Warranty

Rogue Terrain Co. warrants that its lighting hardware products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of the original purchase.

If a product is found to be defective due to a manufacturing defect during the warranty period, Rogue Terrain Co. may, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the defective product.

Products Covered Under Warranty

This Limited Warranty applies only to Rogue Terrain Co. hardware products and accessories containing mechanical, electrical, or electronic components.

This Limited Warranty does not apply to apparel, decals, flags, koozies, hats, shirts, promotional merchandise, or other textile and consumable products unless otherwise expressly stated in writing on the product listing.

Apparel, flags, koozies, decals, hats, shirts, and other textile or promotional merchandise are sold as-is and are not covered under this Limited Warranty due to the nature of normal wear and use, except for manufacturing defects identified upon delivery. If such an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will work to make it right.

What Is Covered

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials
  • Manufacturing defects in workmanship
  • Products that arrive damaged or non-functional due to a defect

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

  • Improper installation
  • Improper wiring or electrical connections
  • Installation performed contrary to professional installation procedures
  • Vehicle electrical issues
  • Misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, or modifications
  • Off-road impacts, collisions, rollovers, or environmental damage
  • Water intrusion caused by improper installation or damaged seals
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect product performance
  • Improper storage or maintenance
  • Use of the product for purposes other than its intended application

Professional installation is strongly recommended. Rogue Terrain Co. is not responsible for damage to products, vehicles, property, or persons resulting from improper installation, wiring, modification, or use of any product.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rogue Terrain Co.'s liability under this warranty is limited solely to the repair or replacement of the defective product.

Rogue Terrain Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to vehicle damage, labor costs, towing expenses, loss of use, loss of time, or loss of profits arising from the use or inability to use any product.

Warranty Claims

To submit a warranty claim, customers must contact support@rogueterrainco.com and provide:

  • Original proof of purchase
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos or videos demonstrating the defect

Rogue Terrain Co. reserves the right to inspect the description of the issue, supporting documentation, photos, videos, and the product before approving any warranty claim.

Off-road driving subjects products to extreme conditions. Damage resulting from impacts, collisions, submersion, misuse, normal wear and tear, or conditions beyond the intended design of the product is not covered under warranty.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
