All products must be installed and used in accordance with electrical safety standards and guidelines.

Professional Installation Recommendation

Professional installation by a qualified technician is strongly recommended for all electrical, wiring, and vehicle-mounted products. Improper installation, wiring errors, or failure to follow safety protocols, regulatory & code protocols, and work & installation procedures may result in product malfunction, vehicle damage, personal injury, or property damage.

Rogue Terrain Co. does not require professional installation; however, we strongly advise it to reduce the risk of improper installation, misuse, injury, damage, and the void of warranty.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rogue Terrain Co. shall not be liable for any damage, loss, or injury arising from or related to the installation, use, misuse, or inability to use any product.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Vehicle damage or electrical system failure

  • Damage to other aftermarket components or accessories

  • Personal injury or property damage

  • Fire, electrical shorts, or battery issues

  • Improper installation, wiring, or modification

  • Off-road use, collisions, or extreme environmental conditions

  • Labor costs, towing, diagnostics, or repair expenses

Assumption of Risk

By installing or using any Rogue Terrain Co. product, the customer voluntarily assumes all risks associated with automotive modification, electrical installation, and off-road use.

No Responsibility for Third-Party Work

Rogue Terrain Co. is not responsible for damage or failure caused by third-party installers, vehicle shops, or customers performing self-installation.
