Processing Time

Orders placed on business days typically ship from Phoenix, Arizona within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day. You'll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Delivery Time

Most orders arrive 3–8 days after they ship. Delivery times are estimates and may vary by location, carrier, and season.

Shipping Rates

Free shipping on orders $150+ within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states).

Orders under $150 ship at a flat rate, shown at checkout before you pay.

Alaska and Hawaii

We ship to Alaska and Hawaii. Orders to these states are not eligible for free shipping, and the shipping rate is shown at checkout.

Apparel and Merch

Our apparel and merch are printed to order by our print partner and ship separately from lighting products. These items typically ship within 2–7 business days and may arrive in a separate package from the rest of your order.

Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake, email us right away and we'll do our best to update it before your order ships.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we'll make it right. If your tracking hasn't updated in several days or your package shows delivered but you can't find it, contact us and we'll help track it down.
